Airports reasonable driving distance; Alicante 40min, Murcia70min,Valencia 90min. Nearest RESTAURANT 5min walk.
Sleeps 10 comfortably and up to12 people using fold up beds. Friendly helpful English speaking. Caretakers, will provide welcome pack on arrival & then leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday. Daily/weekly cleaner by arrangement with caretakers.RENTAL PRICES from £15. PER PERSON.PER NIGHT.
Total use of villa and gardens, pool area is now able to be fenced off by a gate at each end of terrace, to give peace of mind if toddlers running around, the responsibility is your own at all times; we now have a* newly designed Pool with Roman steps and a beautiful tiled dolphin at the bottom! *Badminton court and* mini-Golf are not shared by others.
Electricity and gas are included together with all bedlinen and towels, but not beach towels,(there is an extra charge for AIR CONDITIONING ..if you would like to have a cleaning lady to attend during your stay,this can be arranged. ALSO FINAL LAST DAY CLEAN if required.at extra cost.please enquire when booking .
Deposit required on booking.Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday plus a refundable security/damage deposit, returned within 7 days after departure and property inspection,...We can accomodate smaller groups during `off peak` times.
THE ACCOMODATION IS MOST SUITABLE FOR 10 COMFORTABLY/ 12 USING SOFA
Caretakers visit you on arrival ,and on day of departure, available 24/7 via telephone if you experience any problems during your stay. For those staying for more than one week, the caretakers will issue extra linen for your use over the entire period, please ask on arrival. Bedlinen and towels are normally supplied free of charge, . Beach towels are not supplied. If you require `last day`cleaning,a charge is made for this to be arranged with caretakers, Air-condioniong is available and there is an extra charge for this,we have had to do this as many people this year have abused this facility by going out and leaving it on all day,and with windows open,so sorry this now has to be paid for as an` extra` if you require it,there are ceiling fans in most rooms which should be adequate to cool down.

The accommodation itself is in 250sqm, so you can judge for yourself that the accommodation is fairly spacious you are not being crammed into similar properties of lesser size, when you are renting your holiday accommodation in the hot Spanish sun.
We also have full air conditioning in most rooms which is available at an added extra cost if required, but there are ceiling fans in most rooms which we find are adequate for cooling down. The kitchen is fully fitted with dish washing machine, washing machine, American style fridge freezer ,. Hob, oven and microwave............the gardens surrounding the villa are well maintained with a few fruit trees,orages lemons and figs,as well as an abundance of colourful plants in a massive 3500 sq mts of space for you to enjoy to yourselves.
