We are renting in Benalmadena (Costa del Sol), Spain duplex in a very quiet and private condominium, they features 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 large terraces with spectacular sea views, the duplex is very spacious and equipped to a very good standards(DVD/CD player, Owen, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, satellite tv….) we also have a free wifi area with in the condominium.
Area is very quiet and private, residential condominium, near the beach and Carrefour express supermarket.
Ideal for long term of short term rentals.
Seasonal Prices: from 380 to 780 euros a week depending on the season, discount form mid term and long term lets
for long terms our prices(as we have several identical duplex) go from 700 to 850 euros.
